12/8/2025 0 Comments Winter bears her branches bare These winter months came quicker than I could imagine! I do not know where this year has gone? I've worked with many musicians, guitarists, singers, some new to their craft and others who are in their prime. I travelled all over Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire to create music, improvise with music and listen to music. And meanwhile film maker Remo Notarianni and Luca collected footage and visual extracts over the year for Railtrack, a new musical video, I can't wait to share it with you in due course. Namaste J

7/5/2025 0 Comments Flashback to China This time last year, I was preparing to leave China! Somehow I and two cats, plus a small shipping cube found ourselves in the midlands. Since back in the UK, I’ve loved collaborating with so many creative organisations namely Italia Conti Associates, Make Believe Theatre, 1st Note Education, Cambridgeshire Music for Well being. And the opportunity to perform ad hoc shows throughout the UK!

4/21/2025 0 Comments Some kind of Spring! And so I find myself back in the UK, working and experimenting by day and night! I drive a lot, around Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and the back roads are pretty! Lyrics that I store and hum waiting for a moment to let them take form.
And here it is a collaborative short film project directed by Remo Notarianni featuring Jane Nicola Douglas. This film is based around the original song Living out Rough which was initially recorded by Sky Production Studios in Hong Kong and produced by Graeme Holdaway in the UK.
8/19/2023 0 Comments Summertime in Asia An exciting summer, I was in Shanghai, Hangzhou and Beijing. I hosted an outdoor jam with my musical friend Georgio and we made music from 3pm-12pm under a huge white canopy. Then I had a solo gig at Modernista in Beijing. Thanks to all those that came out to see me! It was so good to see Beijing again and what an amazing city!
